I just purchased the iFit module as well and have the exact same issues as stated above. I worked with Comcast to ensure my equipment was capable of 802.11b and they confirmed it did. I then called the folks at iFit and they admitted their equipment doesn't work well or at all with Comcast. I was FLOORED when they said that! I said don't you have thousands of people trying to use the iFit module with Comcast networks and they said yes and that they are working on it.
