Hi guys, I'm trying to get Hino explorer working but I'm having some trouble. I am running 2.02 and I cant seem to get a connection. I see many people have posted that the USB Link needs the 448013 connector to work correctly (which I don't have).
I've tried both my 444009 and the deutch connector (this Hino has both, its a 2005 185) and I cant get any connection thru Explorer. The weird thing is when I run the Nexiq Device Tester, it is seeing the engine and transmission transmitting data on J1939 and the off board diagnostics and Brake Unit on the J1708 with both connectors. We've tried running our own wires to the obd connector with a pin out for 448013 that was posted on another post by DonL but no luck. My USB Link drivers are the latest and are seen by Hino Explorer. Free wood hatch pattern for autocad. When I check the communication settings in Explorer, it says that the only protocols supported are ISO9141 and ISO14230, but no mention on J1939 or J1708.
Am I missing something here? Any one have any hints? Hi guys, I'm trying to get Hino explorer working but I'm having some trouble. I am running 2.02 and I cant seem to get a connection.
